Cauthen & Associates assisted with the Demolition Application, design and construction observation for the demolition of 30 three-, four-, and five-bedroom units in the Judge O.K. Holliday Homes development and. These units were replaced with 30 one- and two-bedroom units on the existing site. The development was funded via Hope VI Demolition, Capital Funds, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and local loan financing.
